Court-Ordered Anger Management Classes in Georgia
Mental Health Empowerment Zone, LLC offers in-person anger management classes for individuals throughout Georgia. Our program focuses on recognizing anger triggers, developing emotional regulation skills, improving communication, managing conflict, and building healthier behavioral responses.
Class Format: In-person only. Participants from anywhere in Georgia are welcome to enroll.
Class Location: The Lula Building, 1123 Church Street, Room 203-C, Covington, GA 30014.
Emotional Regulation
Develop the capacity to identify emotional triggers before they escalate, utilizing mindfulness-based techniques to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
Conflict Resolution
Master the art of assertive communication and de-escalation, learning to navigate disagreements with empathy and clarity rather than hostility.
Personal Accountability
Foster a deep understanding of behavior-consequence loops, encouraging individuals to take full ownership of their choices and their impact on others.
Anger Management Classes & Pricing
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon successfully completing their selected program.
Participants are responsible for confirming that their selected anger management program meets their specific court or probation requirements before enrolling.

$40 per hour
One-hour, in-person weekly sessions.
8-Hour Intensive
$195
One-day, in-person program.
